8.5 Feeding Exceptions Back
After you select
[Abnormal Feedback]
on the Support main page, you can see the page as
shown below.
a)
This feedback record is divided into two categories, "Feedback" and "Pending".
"Feedback" is the record that the user has uploaded to the server by tapping
[OK]
after
completing the data editing, while "Pending" is the record that the user has tapped the
[Save]
button to save locally but has not uploaded.
b)
If there are many records, you can use the search box in the upper right corner to
quickly find and locate them by the title (red text) or the vehicle name (such as OBDII).
c)
The button
in the upper right corner is used for editing. Tap this button, select the
desired record, and then tap button
to complete the deleting operation.
d)
In the main page of "Abnormal Feedback", tap the back button (the one in the upper
left corner or the one in the lower left) to return to the previous menu.
