4.5.2 Fitting the UVC clarifier
How to proceed:


1. Open the hose clip of pipe collar DN 110 and push the pipe collar onto the outlet of the UVC clarifi-
er.
2. Position the UVC clarifier in the container and connect the outlet with the outlet of the container
using the pipe collar. Tighten the pipe collar.
3. Use fastening brackets to fasten the UVC clarifier on the container.
– The fastening brackets are fastened on the UVC clarifier and on the container wall.
4. Connect the outlet of the pump with the inlet of the UVC clarifier.

5. Attach the switch box on the screws on the outer container wall. (→ Installing the switch box )
4.5.3 Connecting two UVC clarifiers in series
To ensure a good sterilisation rate even for high flow volumes, a second UVC clarifier can be installed
on the outside of the container outlet.
How to proceed:

1. Install the second UVC clarifier on the outside in front of the container outlet and connect it to the
outlet.
– Assembly material for installation on the ProfiClear Premium XL gravitation drain module: Base,
110 mm high.
– Assembly material for installation on the ProfiClear Premium Individual Module and the ProfiCle-
ar Premium Compact Classic pump chamber: Base, 120 mm high.
– Assembly material for connection with the container outlet: OASE accessories 73751.
– Assembly material for the UVC clarifier outlet: OASE accessories 73751 for connection of pipe
DN 110.
2. Use fastening brackets (OASE accessories 77192) to fasten the UVC clarifier on the container.
– The fastening brackets are fastened on the UVC clarifier and on the container wall.
3. Bitron Premium 120 W /180 W:Fasten the switch box on the water housing. (→ Installing the switch

4.6 Attachment to the filter system ProfiClear Premium XL pumped
The UVC clarifier is attached to an inlet DN 110 of the ProfiClear Premium TF-XL pumped.
• If the pump is installed at a dry location, the pressure-side and suction-side connection thread must
be sealed with Teflon tape.
4.6.1 Fitting the UVC clarifier
How to proceed:

1. Open the hose clip of the rubber sleeve and push the rubber sleeve onto the UVC clarifier outlet.
– Required assembly materials: OASE accessories 73751 (rubber sleeve).
2. Position the UVC clarifier in front of the inlet DN 110 of the drum filter and connect the outlet to the
inlet of the drum filter using the rubber sleeve. Tighten the hose clips of the rubber sleeve.
3. Screw the triangular plate to the UVC clarifier.
– The UVC clarifier is fastened to the container using the triangular plate.
– The triangle plate is supplied with the drum filter.
4. Connect the outlet of the pump with the inlet of the UVC clarifier.
– Required assembly materials: OASE accessories 77191, 73751 and hose ∅ 50 mm.
5. Fasten the switch box on the UVC clarifier. (→ Installing the switch box )
