Precautions:

Please be sure that the table is clear of all people and materials before

attempting to repair. Remove the power cable from its power source. Lastly, give

yourself adequate room around the table to make the task more comfortable and safe.

PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS COMPLETELY BEFORE REPAIR

1. Hand Control Replacement –

(Remove Strain Relief. Plug the new Hand Control into the Control Box.) Test

new Hand Control; and if this does not work see Control Box Replacement. Always make sure plugs are fully con-

nected. If this works finish replacing the Hand Control.

2. Foot Control Replacement -

(Remove Strain Relief. Plug the new Foot Control into the Junction Box. Then

plug the Junction Box into the Control Box, and if this does not work see Control Box Replacement. Always make

sure plugs are fully connected. If this works finish replacing the Foot Control & Junction Box.
