OCM Message Register (PX_OCMMSG)
The OCM message register (PX_OCMMSG) is a general-purpose register used to communicate between
the P4080 and the FPGA GMSA processor.
Note: The above definitions are enforced by software; it is possible to redefine the meanings by using
different software in the GMSA processor.
