Interrupt clearing mechanism select
This bit selects the mechanism by which the SPRF, SPTEF, TNEAREF, and RNFULLF interrupts are

Transmit FIFO nearly empty interrupt enable

31.4.1 General
The SPI system is enabled by setting the SPI enable (SPE) bit in SPI Control Register 1.
