Chapter 16: LPC82x SCTimer/PWM

State control features:
–
A state is defined by events that can happen in the state while the counter is
running.
–
A state changes into another state as a result of an event.
–
Each event can be assigned to one or more states.
–
State variable allows sequencing across multiple counter cycles.
16.3 Basic configuration
Configure the SCT as follows:
•
Enable the clock to the SCTimer/PWM (SCT) in the SYSAHBCLKCTRL register

) to enable the register interface and the peripheral clock.

Clear the SCT peripheral reset using the PRESETCTRL register (
).
•
The SCT uses interrupt in slot #9 in the NVIC (
).
•
Use the INPUT MUX to connect the SCT inputs to external pins. See

Use the switch matrix registers to connect the SCT outputs to external pins. See

The SCT DMA request lines are connected to the DMA trigger inputs via the
