When RTC runs as 12-hour time scale mode, RTCTIMEHR[5] (the high bit of TENHR[1:0])
means AM/PM indication (If RTCTIMEHR[5] is 1, it indicates PM time message.)

Note:

1. RTCTALMHR is a BCD digit counter.

2. The reasonable value range is listed in the parenthesis.

3. This register can be read back after the RTC register access enable bit RWENF (RTCRWEN[0]) is active.
