Manually updating the
enabled
state of stacks through the Multi-Stack Operator
Interface will be lost if the Battery Control Panel were to power cycle. Once the final
enabled state of all stacks is determined, the pack configuration file should be
updated and reloaded.
5.4.4. Stack Connection Modes
There are two modes of stack connection:
1. Automatic connection
2. Manual connection
The automatic connection mode is recommended, and provides the following advantages:

Simple one-button connection operation
▪
Connects stacks in preparation for a charge/discharge operation of a battery pack
▪
Connects only stacks that will not violate a maximum connection current
▪
Automatic pack connection when the controller is brought online from a power cycle
