Turn the pressure release valve properly to 

Sealing

 position.

Pressure sensor control is not 

working

Contact Customer Service.

Clicking or light 

cracking sounds is 

produced

The power switching and 

expanding pressure while 

changing temperature can 

produce this sound

This is completely normal. No action required.

Exterior bottom of the inner pot 

is wet.

Ensure to wipe the exterior surface of the inner 

pot before inserting to the heating element.

 

LCD display
