IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using an electric appliance, basic precautions should always be followed,
including the following:

WARNING
To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury:
• Do not use outdoors or on wet surfaces.
• Do not leave Power Brush unattended when plugged in. Disconnect hose and
electrical plug at hose handle when not in use and before servicing.
• Do not allow to be used as a toy. Close attention is necessary when used by or
near children.
• Use only as described in this manual. Use only manufacturer’s recommended
attachments.
• Some hoses contain electrical wires. Do not use if damaged, cut, or punctured.
Avoid picking up sharp objects.
• Do not use with damaged cord or plug. If Power Brush is not working as it
should, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped into water, return
it to a service center before using.
• Do not pull or carry by cord, use cord as a handle, close a door on cord, or pull
cord around sharp edges or corners. Do not run Power Brush over cord. Keep
cord away from heated surfaces.
• Do not use extension cords or outlets with inadequate current carrying capacity.
• Do not unplug by pulling on cord. To unplug, grasp the plug, not the cord.
• Do not handle plug or Power Brush with wet hands.
• Do not put any object into openings. Do not use with any opening blocked; keep
free of dust, lint, hair, and anything that may reduce airflow.
• This Power Brush creates suction and contains a revolving brush roll. Keep hair,
loose clothing, fingers, and all parts of body away from openings and
moving parts.
• Do not pick up anything that is burning or smoking, such as cigarettes, matches,
or hot ashes.
• Do not use to pick up flammable or combustible liquids such as gasoline, or use
in areas where they may be present.
• Do not use without dust bag or filter(s) in place in Power Unit.
• Belt pulleys can become hot during normal use. To prevent burns, avoid
touching the belt pulley when servicing the drive belt.
• Use extra care when cleaning on stairs.
• Keep your work area well lighted.
• Store your cleaner indoors in a clean,dry area.

CÓMO VOLVER A COLOCAR
LA CORREA
1. Instale la correa nueva sobre el impulsor, luego sobra la
polea de la correa.
2. Encaje las tapas de los extremos en la base. Asegúrese
de que los soportes de los cepillos no estén boca abajo.
3. Alinear la parte delantera de la tapa y la base. Apoyar la
tapa en el borde delantero de la base tal como se
muestra.
4. Inclinar la tapa hacia atrás. Empujar la tapa firmemente
hasta que las lengüetas laterales encajen en su sitio.
Volver a colocar los tornillos de la tapa, la bombilla y la
tapa de la bombilla.

PARA SUSTITUIR EL CEPILLO AGITADOR:
1. Quite la tapa de la bombilla, la bombilla, la cubierta CT600, y el conjunto
mecánico de la correa y del cepillo agitador. “para sacar la correa” en “CÓMO
CAMBIAR LA CORREA Y LIMPIEZA DEL CEPILLO”.
2. Sustituya el conjunto mecánico del cepillo agitador.
3. Reinstale la correa, la cubierta CT600, la bombilla y su cubierta. Consulte “Para
sacar la correa” en CÓMO CAMBIAR LA CORREA Y LIMPIEZA DEL CEPILLO”.
PARA INSPECCIONAR LOS CEPILLOS
Cuando los cepillos estén desgastados al nivel del
soporte de la base, sustituya el cepillo agitador.

ADVERTENCIA

Desconecte la corriente antes de dar servico o
limpiar la aspiradora. El descuido de esta precaución
