on the front of the PC. For the network mask, you have to select
255.255.255.0.
Close this window using the 'ok' button. Additionally, it is
important to deselect Windows as the controlling element for
wireless networks. You do this by unticking the box on the
second register 'Wireless Networks'. At the end, you close the
settings window by pressing 'ok'.
On the right bottom of the
Desktop, you will see the red icon
of the WLAN configuration utility. If this is not the case, start it
from Start -> Programs -> Allnet -> 802.11g.... -> Wireless
Configuration Utility.
Please verify also that this shortcut is in the startup folder Start
-> Programs -> Startup (=Automatic start). If not, copy the
shortcut there, so that the utility gets started automatically
whenever Windows starts up.
