Sealing
Lubricate the inside
screw thread and sealing
surface of the nut (with
food grade grease)
Lubricate the outside
screw thread and
sealing surface of the
ink reservoir
Insert the ink pad into
the housing
Ink pad positioned into
the housing (Part 1)
Screw the housing
onto the ink reservoir
Manually fix the
housing onto the ink
reservoir
Insert the complete ink
reservoir into the
assembly ring
Fix the ink reservoir
with the assembly ring
Locate and secure the ink reservoir
until the sealing is visable (see next
picture)
Remove the excess
lubricate
Weigh the complete
ink reservoir on the
weighing scale
Empty-weight:
54.5 gram
Fill the egg stamp with
ink. 8 - 9 gram
Total weight maximum
63 gram
Purge the ink reservoir with
the air-syringe, until the ink
flows through the ink pad
(Note: the ink has to flow
the entire logo)
Insert the ink reservoir into
the reservoir holder and turn
90 degrees untill the
reservoir clicks into the right
location
Assemble material
Insert the sponge
(Part 2)
Insert the perforated disk
into the ink reservoir
