SETTINGS
This menu item allows adjusting general tester settings.
All settings are stored in nonvolatile memory and will remain after tester is turned
off.
This
menu
contains
the
following
submenus:
Edit MMSI
– editing MMSI to/from;
SHIP ID
– add ship ID marker;
Test config:
select the measurement
configuration;
LCD contrast
– LCD contrast adjustment;
Setup date/time
– date/time, date format
setup;
Clear profiles
–
clear profiles menu;
General info
– firmware / hardware and
activated function revision;
U-battery
– internal Li-Ion battery
voltage;
Self test
– self test of NGT-200 tester.

SETTINGS > EDIT MMSI
You can check the current MMSI number of device under test and of the Tester in
this menu. You can either accept the current number or enter a new MMSI, if
required. Press

▼
and
▲
to move the cursor and

,
+
keys to change
the value. Or simply use numeric keys to input the MMSI number. The data will be
saved automatically by exiting the menu.
