FTVEU: Function TVEU

This is to monitor the state of the output TVEU (Tell velocity error, under).

Refer to “8.3.2.2. Velocity: Outputs TVEU (Velocity Error, Under) and TVEO (Velocity Error,
Over)” for details.

For the monitored state, the parameters ST (Stability timer) and GC (Output logic) in the command PO
(Edit output port) are not applied.
