
This is to monitor the state of the output TEU (Tell position error, under).

Refer to “8.3.2.1. Position Error: TEU (Position Error, Under) and TEO (Position Error, Over)”
for details.

For the monitored state, the parameters ST (Stability timer) and GC (Output logic) in the command PO
(Edit output port) are not applied.
