Intended Use
This range of portable, aluminium folding ramps
are designed to provide access for wheelchair
users (and if appropriate, their carers
’) over
thresholds, steps and curbs up to 6” high.
Instructions for Use
1. Your Mobility Care Folding Ramp arrives fully
assembled and requires no additional
assembly before use.
2. Check the ramp is free from damage before
use.
3. With the ramp still folded place on the landing
(higher) surface, ensuring that the top lip is
resting securely on the landing surface and
the lower edge of ramp is on the ground.
4. Unfold the ramp.
5. Ensure the ramp is stable and secure.

6. If possible, fix the ramp to the threshold
using fixing holes provided.
7. When in use try to keep the person/load in
the centre of the ramp when pushing.
8. Do not exceed the maximum load weight of
300kg (47st).
Important Note:
To prevent the ramp from becoming dislodged
during use, ensure the top lip overlaps the
landing surface as far as possible. The surface
holding the top lip needs to be substantial; make
sure the surface and supporting structure is of
sound construction.
