Safety instructions
Before operating the device for the first time, please read these operating
instructions carefully at least once, and most importantly the safety
instructions. This is to ensure you have understood the contents of this
manual as well as how to operate the coin validator.
Proper use
The battery-operated coin validators of the G-18.mft series are intended to
be used in mains-independent power supply 1-5-chute machines for pre-
packed products of uniform shape, such as, e.g., tobacco and telephone
cards, and are supposed to check the coins inserted into the vending
machine for specific coin properties as well as control the vending machine
functions of the escrow, selection buttons, pilot lights, product ejectors and
coin return. Only use the coin validator for this purpose. Under no
circumstances can the manufacturer be held liable for any damage or loss
resulting from improper use of the device.
These coin validators have been constructed in compliance with the state
of the art and recognized safety regulations. Nevertheless this equipment
can be a source of danger. Therefore please observe the following safety
regulations.
