Working With Offline Agents
Viewing Offline agents is one of the functions you can perform using the AMC.
Viewing Offline Agents
1.
Select
Offline Agents
from the
Manage
section of the left navigation bar.
The
Offline Agents
page opens.
2.
Define the
Days Offline
value.
3.
Click
Search
.
The agents that have been offline for the defined number of days will display.
4.
With the resulting list of Offline Agents you can:
a.
Select an agent and click
Exclude Selected Agents
to remove it from the list.

Note:
The
Exclude Selected Agents
function will remove the agent from this list until the
next time it matches the criteria of the
Days Offline
search.
