Troubleshooting
If remote is not working:
Check and make sure the batteries in the remote are not weak or dead.
For TV Problems:
Make sure all components and cables are properly connected and plugged in.
Press the
TV
button, then press the
power
button on your remote (TV should turn
on). Make sure your TV is on the proper input (Cable = 3, or a video input if using
yellow/red/white cables).
If Set Top Box does not work:
Press the
STB
button on the remote, then press the
power
button (the box should
turn on). In order to activate box functions (change channel, menu, etc.), press the
STB
button, then press the button for the feature you want.
