MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
General
LINETROLL 111K mounts on the pole 3-5 meters
below the conductors as shown in figure 3.
The indicator can be installed on a live line.

1.
Unscrew the top cap from the lens, and set the required
switch combinations according to Fig. 4 and table 1
on page 2.

The pole bracket is mounted on the pole using
the screws supplied. The bracket should be mounted
vertically beneath the conductors. Fig. 2 & 3.
5.
Fix the indicator to the bracket using the screws
supplied. Fig. 2.

When the indicator has been programmed, the battery
should then be connected. See Fig. 1.

Replace the top cap by entering the top cap arrow
aligned with the arrow on the lens label.

To ensure that the battery has reached the normal
operating voltage, the indicator should be left to
flash for about 30 minutes,
The bracket has also slots for fastening on both
concrete and metal poles with steel straps.

If the indicator is programmed for voltage reset,
and the line is energised, the indicator will reset
during the installation, or within 15 or 30 sec
after the installation.

If the indicators have been in store for some time, the
battery voltage may be low.
by which time the voltage
will be restored to the required value.
Consult the User Guide for the correct distance
from the conductors.
