Metal Solar Light
Please read the entire instruction manual before using
the product and then save it for future reference. We reserve
the right for any errors in text or images and any necessary
changes made to technical data. In the event of technical

Safety
Important
• Handle the product with care, making sure not to damage
the surface of the solar cell and ensuring that it is not
covered with dust or affected by other contaminants.
• Never attempt to repair or modify the product in any way.
• Repairs must only be carried out by authorised service
personnel and only using genuine spare parts.
• The battery must only be replaced with a rechargeable battery.
• Never let children play with the product.
• NEVER use non-rechargeable batteries in the product.
Instruction of use
Things to consider:
• The solar light should be placed in an area where it is exposed
to direct sunlight. The solar light should not be placed in an
area shaded by buildings, trees, walls, etc. since this reduces
the ability of the battery to charge.
• The solar light should not be placed within the illumination zone
of other light sources such as car headlights or street lights.
• The solar light is intended for outdoor use but it should not
be placed where it may be immersed in water or other liquid.
• The solar light should not be placed next to direct sources
of heat such as a brazier or BBQ.
• If you have several solar lights they can come on at
different times depending on the lighting conditions.
Care and maintenance
• Carefully wipe the light clean using a soft dry cloth.
• The solar cell should be wiped regularly (and carefully) to
prevent dirt and debris from affecting its performance.
Battery replacement
The rechargeable battery can be replaced as follows:
1. Set the power switch to
OFF
.
2. Remove the 3 screws on the bottom of the solar cell.
3. Open the solar cell taking care not to damage the wires,
contacts or the circuit board.
4. Change the battery making sure that the new battery is
inserted with the correct polarity.
5. Screw the solar cell casing together again.
6. Set the power switch to
ON
.
Responsible disposal
1. Remove the solar cell and
light bulb from the light.
2. Set the power switch to
the “
ON
” position.
3. Reinsert the solar cell and light
bulb back into the light.
This symbol indicates that the product should not
be disposed of with general household waste.
This applies throughout the entire EU. In order to
prevent any harm to the environment or health
hazards caused by incorrect waste disposal, the
product must be handed in for recycling so that
the material can be disposed of in a responsible
manner. When recycling your product, take it to your local
collection facility or contact the place of purchase. They will
ensure that the product is disposed of in an environmentally
sound manner.
