Select the method of invoking the Software Installation Program.

There are two methods of invoking the Software Installation Program:

•

By using the UPGRADE command in Overlay 143 (this is the 
recommended method — no SYSLOAD).

•

By pressing the ‘control’ and ‘I’ keys on the keyboard when 
prompted after the Software Delivery card is installed (this 
method requires a SYSLOAD).

If you wish to invoke the program using Overlay 143 go to 

Step 4

If you wish to wish to invoke the program when prompted go to

Invoke the Software Installation Program using Overlay 143.

Note: Perform this step only when using the Overlay 143 to invoke the 
Software Installation Program. To invoke the program during a
