The call is pegged when the transfer is completed (that is, when the
transfer key is pressed for the second time).

Description:
The numeric ID the agent uses to log on to the phoneset, as
defined on the Phoneset – User Properties property page.

The last or surname of the agent, as defined on the General – User
Properties property page.

Note:

BreakTime
Description:
The total time an agent is in the Break state for all skillsets. You
can configure an agent’s call presentation class to place the agent in break state
after each call.
Triggers:
Break time begins when a call is released and ends when the timer
elapses.
