DC power supply installation

Removing the bottom bezel 312096-A of the 8010co chassis

Use the procedure in this section to remove the bottom bezel 312096-A
from the 8010co chassis to access the power supplies.

See

“Job aid: Bezel models” (page 40)

aid below.

ATTENTION

If you install an 8005DC power supply in an 8010co chassis you must use the
modified air-intake bezel model 321325-A.

Procedure steps

ATTENTION

The procedure only applies to the 8010co chassis with bezel model 312096-A
installed. If you replaced bezel 312096-A with the modified bezel order code
321325-A, you do not need to remove this bezel to access the power supplies.

Use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen the two captive screws that
secure the bezel to the chassis (see the following figure).
