To invoke the TSTSERIO /P command from

parameters, and then press Enter. 

For example, type

TSTSERIO external loopback plug subtests

The following external loopback subtests are available for the 
TSTSERIO command. For each of these tests, an external loopback 
connector must be used. For more information, see “Conducting 
TSTSERIO tests with the loopback plug” on page 60
