Remote access to the E1/T1 card is supported through:

FTP

You can connect a modem to the E1/T1 card through a serial port 9-pin
connector. The E1/T1 card ignores all RS-232 control signals, so a
modem eliminator (null modem) is required as shown in

Figure 25 "Modem
