EP2 Pump System

Installation

WARNING:

Allow only qualified personnel to perform the following tasks. Follow the

safety instructions in this document and all other related documentation.

Oil Change Kit Installation

The pump is shipped filled with oil. If you ordered an optional oil change kit, part 179490,

install the quick-disconnect fitting included in the kit on the oil drain tube on the left side of

the pump.
To do this without losing oil from the pump and making a mess, turn the system on its

side with the oil drain tube up, unscrew the drain cap from the tube and install the quick-

disconnect fitting on the tube.

Mounting

for mounting base dimensions. Mount the pump system on a sturdy, flat

surface, such as a work bench or metal table.
