Replace screw(s).
Hissing air leak

Erroneous temperature

Wrong display unit
Change display unit to C.
Workpiece part not held

Check for improper open or
plugged vacuum holes
Remove and install screws as applicable.
Vacuum does not start or
fails to work properly
System has low or no air pressure
1. Verify air is connected to facility air supply.
2. Set main air regulator to approximately
90 psi.
Set Point (SP) value below Present
Value (PV)
Change the SP value within the Heater Controls
Window. See
Disconnected heater
Verify the heater cable connections are securely
attached to the correct ports.
Hardware or software failure
Contact a service technician.
Hot plate does not heat
Blown fuse on the Conveyor/Heater
Controller
Check the fuses by the heater power
connections on the conveyor controller and
replace if necessary. See

Tooling Air pressure is too low
Adjust Tooling Air Pressure Regulator to supply
275 kPa (40 psi).
There is an air leak in a pneumatic
line or component
Leaking component or line must be located and
repaired or replaced. Call a trained service
technician.
The pneumatic device has failed
Call a trained service technician.
Solenoid Valve is defective
The Solenoid Valve must be replaced. Call a
trained service technician.
Stop pins, lift tables or
clamps are inoperative
Conveyor may not be properly
configured in Fluidmove
Call a trained service technician.
