Software Introduction
This section of the manual describes the software that operates with the
Select Cure oven.
Move between screens by menu selection. Some screens require a
higher access level before entry is permitted. All oven codes are
programmable and should be known by only a small group of trained
personnel.
Each process will have an Operator mode and a Set-Up mode. The
screens look identical, yet are functionally different.
In the Operator mode, the computer is controlling and continuously
monitoring the oven performance. Temperature and wattage control
loops are interacting to accurately monitor and verify the process. The
Operator mode is used strictly as a control panel for reading and
executing data.
Profile variables can not be changed when in the Operator mode. You
may select from profiles in the library; however, you can not add to,
change, or delete from the library while in the Operator mode.
The Set-Up mode performs all of the same operations as the Operator
mode except traffic control. In addition, it allows manipulation of the
product profiles where all production groundwork is laid. The Set-Up
mode allows you to program individual product profiles. Many of the
menu options that are inactive in the Operator mode are active in the
Set-Up mode.
