5. Run the product support conveyor chain until you have the master

connection link on the top of the chain track. Remove the clip holding
the master link in the chain.

6. Turn the power off.

NOTE: Observe local Lock Out Tag Out procedures.

Product Support Conveyor Chain, Rollers and Drive Sprockets

1. Roller with graphite insert

2. Master connection link

3. Master connection link clip

4. Roller with bearing insert

5. Drive sprocket

6. Graphite bushings in sleeves

NOTE: Use the manual override switch to keep the cover raised.

7. See Figure C 4-4. Move the chain out of the way so the rollers can

be replaced. Leave the old chain as shown so that the new chain can
be tied to the old and installed into the rail.
