CAUTION: Do not move rails unless all sprockets and gears
are securely set.
2. Turn the power on. Select RAISE COVER under Menu and calibrate
the conveyor. Move the product support conveyor out to
152.4 mm (6 in.) and check with a calibration plate or board that is
152.4 mm (6 in.) wide.
NOTE: You may use any board with a known dimension and move the
rail out to that measurement.
For Front Rail Fixed Systems: See Figure C 4-1. The calibration plate
or board with a known dimension should ride on the chain extension pins
at each lead screw location with approximately 0.025-in. movement from
side to side inside the process cavity and 0.025-in. movement at the
entrance and exit ends.
