Possible Cause

Corrective Action

12. Main contactor not

energizing

Defective I/O Board

Check on the SSR connector board to see
if Main LED is ON.

If the Main LED is not on:

Check the I/O board to see if
LED 06 is ON.

If 06 is OFF, I/O board is at fault.

If 06 is ON, then ribbon cable or
SSR connector board is defective.

If the Main LED is on:

Measure for 120 Vac on the main
contactor from A1 to A2.

If 120 Vac is measured, the main
contactor is defective. Replace the
main contactor.

If 120 Vac is not measured, refer to
Main Contactor in this section to
test the SSR connector board.

Defective ribbon cable

Replace the ribbon cable.

Defective SSR connector board

Replace the SSR connector board.

Main contactor is defective

Replace the main contactor.

13. Blower relay not

energizing and the
E-Stop is not
pressed

Defective I/O board

Check the SSR connector board to see if
the BLWR LED D3 is on.

If the BLWR LED D3 is not on:

Check the I/O board to see if
LED 05 is on.

If LED 05 is off, the I/O board is
defective. Replace the I/O board.

If LED 05 is on, the ribbon cable or
the SSR connector board is
defective.

If the BLWR LED D3 is on:

Measure at the blower relay from
A to B for 120 Vac and refer to

Blower

Relay in this section for additional
corrective action procedures.

Defective ribbon cable

Replace the ribbon cable.

Defective SSR connector board

Replace the SSR connector board.
