5. Install the in-line air filter (3) to the IN port (4).
NOTE: Supply air should be clean and dry. Use a coalescent type air
filter. Wet or contaminated air will cause arcing and loss of
electrostatic efficiency.
6. Connect the supply air line to the in-line air filter. The filter port thread
size is

7. Connect the air line to the gun to the OUT port (2). The port thread
size is

-in. NPT.
NOTE: Install the atomizing air regulator between the air flow switch and
the gun to increase the air flow switch’s sensitivity and minimize the
pressure drop across the switch. Refer to the
Air Regulator instruction
sheet for regulator installation and part information.
