Manual 12-28

The following are typical start-up procedures. To start the oven, perform
the following steps:

1. Apply power to the oven.

2. Supply 5.5 bar (80 psi) of shop air to oven.

3. Turn on the main disconnect switch of the oven.

4. Press the reset switch on the exit end E-stop panel to enter the

POWER UP VERIFICATION menu.

To gain access to the main menu, perform the following tasks:

1. Enter code 1960 to gain access to the

MAINTENANCE STATUS

menu.

NOTE: Read the RUN HOURS on the

MAINTENANCE STATUS

menu. Always inform the maintenance department or technician
when routine maintenance is required.

2. Touch the To Menu pad to enter the

CONFORMAL COATING

CURING menu.

Perform the following steps to select and run a profile.

1. Enter the

CONFORMAL COATING CURING menu.

2. Touch the OPERATOR SCRN pad. Press ENTER to change to the

OPERATOR SCREEN menu.

CAUTION: Entering an new part number will calibrate the oven
conveyor rails. Before entering a new part number, remove all
boards curing in the oven. Failure to observe this caution will
result in damage to the equipment.

3. To choose a board part number, perform the following steps:

a. Touch the PART# pad.

b. Use the digit pads to enter the board part number.

c. Touch the ENTER pad and follow the messages displayed on the

screen.
