The conveyor rails can be preset for a fixed width production line. To set
the width on the conveyor, perform the following steps:
1. Apply power to the oven.
2. Supply 5.5 bar (80 psi) of shop air to oven.
3. Turn the oven on.
4. Press the reset switch to enter the
POWER UP VERIFICATION
menu.
5. On the touchscreen, enter code 1960 to gain access to the
MAINTENANCE STATUS menu.
6. Press the To Menu pad to enter the CONFORMAL COATING
CURING menu.
7. Press the SET-UP SCRN pad and press ENTER.
8. On the touchscreen, enter code 5220 to gain access to the SET-UP
SCREEN menu.
CAUTION: Before selecting product width, remove all boards
from the oven. Failure to observe this caution will result in
damage to equipment.
9. Press the PRD WIDTH pad. Press ENTER. Follow the message
prompts on the SET-UP SCREEN menu and set the width of the
conveyor.
10. Turn off the oven circuit breaker. Turn off, lock out, and tag the
3-phase service line to the oven.
11. Open the E-stop panel at the exit end of the oven.
CAUTION: Static sensitive device. Proper handling
procedures must be followed for all controller cars. Failure to
observe this caution may result in equipment damage.
12. Attach a wrist strap to the E-stop cover ground.
13. Use a small screwdriver, pencil or similar tool to push the notched
card lock on the lower card guide to the left. Align the lock with the
unlock notch on the front of the guide.
