Problem Possible Cause Corrective Action
3. Oven 3-phase
transformer or related
circuitry not working
properly
Blown FU112, FU113, or FU114 fuse See Figure 6-5. Check for blown fuse(s)
on the oven electrical panel. Replace as
necessary.
See Figures 6-1 and 6-5. Turn on oven.
Verify 3-phase service line voltage at
oven transformer primary terminal block
pins 2-15, 8-15, and 14-15.
If line voltage is present, measure
voltages at transformers secondary
terminal block pins:

1-2, 7-8, 13-14 15 VAC
5-6, 11-12, 17-18 120 VAC
3-4, 9-10, 15-16 12 VAC
If voltages are not present, turn oven off.
Disconnect all wires from transformer
secondary terminal block. Turn oven on
and verify secondary voltages. If
voltages are not present, replace
3-phase transformer.
If transformer secondary voltages are
present, turn oven off. Check for wiring
shorts or bad component associated
with desired voltage. Repair as
necessary.
4. Loss of
±
18 VDC Voltage Bad capacitor or rectifiers See Figures 6-1 and 6-5. Turn oven on.
Use an oscilloscope to measure voltage
at capacitors (C114 and C118) on
electrical panel:

10%
C114 + 22 VDC
C118 – 22 VDC
If a pulsating voltage is measured,
replace capacitor(s). If no voltage is
measured, check for AC voltage at
rectifiers (Rect 117 and 113). If AC
voltage is present, replace rectifier(s).
