7.4.
(Optional) Setup tool I/O in extension
Some applications can benefit from using the tool I/O instead of those located on the control box.
The following section describes how to use the tool I/O to control the gripper.
1.
Go to the login tab and log in to activate administrator mode.
2.
Go to the
“Extensions” tab and choose “Palletizing” in the left menu.
3.
Choose “Setup” in the subtab.
4.
Under Tool I/O check “Enable” and assign each of the signals “Gripper ON”, “Gripper OFF”
and “Product sensor” to the desired I/O, using the dropdown menus (
see figure 30).
