DOWNLOADING OF A RECORDING

 

To transfer a recording from the device to the computer:

 

•

 

Disconnect all the sensors from the device.

 

•

 

Connect the device to the computer, using the special USB cable.

 

•

 

Open the APIOS software and click on "Import record". The "import" utility opens …

 

 

 

•

 

It is recommended to connect to the computer only one device at a time, but if multiple 
devices  are  connected,  select  in  the  list  the  one  for  which  you  want  to  import  the 
recording.  Check  out  the  reference  number  of  the  device  selected  to  ensure  the 
correspondence patient/device.

 

Note that the "Import" function of the "File" menu allows also access:

 

 

If multiple devices are used simultaneously, make sure that effective means 
of  patient/device  association  have  been  implemented.  Each  device 
contains an internal number. This number appears in the import utility.

 

•

 

Check the start and stop date/time of the recording. If several records are present in 
the device memory, select the record using the left and right scroll arrows.

 

•

 

Make sure that the selected record matches the one made by the patient

 

•

 

Patient fields appear if the data were previously stored in the device.  If not, fill in the 
field "Info patient

 

".

 

•

 

The field "Patient Code" can be freely fulfilled (e.g. with the patient code of the hospital).

 

•

 

Then Click on "Import". The data transfer takes a few seconds. APIOS software opens 
automatically the recording once the transfer is complete.
