Installing the IP30

Nokia IP30 User Guide

Windows 98/Millennium Operating Systems

If you are using Windows 98 or ME, configure the TCP/IP.

To check the TCP/IP Installation

Choose Start > Settings > Control Panel.
The Control Panel window appears.

Double click the

Network

icon. The Network window

appears.

In the Network window, check if TCP/IP appears in the

network

components list and if it is already configured with the

Ethernet card, installed on your computer.

If TCP/IP is already installed and configured on your computer,
skip this section.

To Install TCP/IP

In the Network window, click Add.
The Select Network Component Type window appears.

Choose Protocol and click Add. The Select Network
Protocol window appears.

In the Select Network Protocol window, choose Microsoft in
Manufacturers and TCP/IP in Network Protocols.
