You can send your current location or a place on the map
to a friend in a text message.

1 Select

or a place on the map and
Options

Send this place
.
2 Write your message. The address and a link to the
location are automatically added.
3 Enter the recipient's phone number, or select
Search
and a contact.
4 Select
Send
.
When your friend receives the message containing the
address details and link, to view the place on the map in
the device web browser, they can select the link.
