Managing your PCS Messages
Messages can be kept in the Inbox, Outbox, Archive, and in the
My folders menu.
Managing the Inbox, Outbox, and Archive
The Inbox, Outbox, and Archive each contain messages that
can be viewed, saved, and deleted.
To manage the Inbox, Outbox, and Archive:
1.
From the standby mode, press
Menu
, scroll to
Messaging
,
and press Select .
2.
Scroll to
Text messages
and press
Select
.
3.
Scroll to
Inbox
,
Outbox
, or
Archive
.

Inbox
—holds received messages. A closed envelope in
front of the message indicates the message has not
been read. An open envelope indicates you have read
the message.

Outbox
—holds sent messages.
䢇
Archive
—contains messages that were not sent, perhaps
because the enhanced Sprint Nationwide PCS Network
was not available when the send attempt was made.

Press
Select
to open and view the message listing.

Scroll to a message and press

to view the message.

To delete the message, press
Options
, scroll to
Delete
,
press Select , and press OK to confirm that you want to
delete this message.
