WL mod button and

indicator

Button

The WL mod button turns the wavelength modulation ON or OFF.

Indicator

GREEN – wavelength modulation is ON.

GREY – wavelength modulation is OFF.

Note:

The WL mod button and indicator is only displayed by CONTROL if the

wavelength modulation feature is included with the laser, see

“Fast wavelength

modulation” on page 37

Amp mod button

and indicator

Am mod button

The Amp mod button turns the amplitude modulation ON or OFF.

Amp mod Indicator

GREEN – amplitude modulation is ON.

GREY – amplitude modulation is OFF.

Note:

Amp mod button and indicator is only displayed by CONTROL if the ampli

tude modulation feature is included with the laser, see

“Amplitude modulation”

on page 44

Note:

Before using this button, ensure to configure the amplitude modulation set

Emission button

The Emission button turns the laser emission ON – see

“Enabling and disabling

emission” on page 62

The button indicator will turn ON RED when any laser emissions are generated.

Otherwise, it will be OFF GREY.

Warning:

Class 3B or Class 4 laser emissions will be emitted when the Emission

button LED is ON RED.
