IP Address
The rear panel of the laser supports a standard 10/100 BASE-T Ethernet port. Use
this menu to set the IP address of the laser.
Note: The Ethernet port is set to use TCP/IP as default.

Emission button
Press the Emission button to turn laser emission ON and OFF. When laser
emission is enabled, the Emission LED on the front panel is ON RED.
Warning: You must follow all safety regulations required for the location where the
laser will be operated. Doing otherwise, may result in injury, damage, or fire.
Warning: Turning on the laser will emit hazardous laser Class 3B or Class 4 radia -
tion. Ensure to observe and implement all safety regulations, warnings and cau -
tions in this guide and in either the Koheras ADJUSTIK Safety, Handling and
Regulatory Information or Koheras ADJUSTIK HP Safety, Handling and Regulato -
ry Information document before continuing.
Caution: Do not turn on the laser if it has been exposed to temperature and hu -
midity beyond the operating specifications. The Koheras ADJUSTIK is designed
to operated in a non-condensing environment from +18 to +30°C (or 35°C). Before
turning on the laser, allow it at least 30 minutes to reach room temperature. Turn -
ing on a laser that is too cold or hot may lead to the system being damaged.
Further, ensure the laser is securely installed and connected according to the
procedures in “Mechanical Installation” on page 87 and “Connecting the Laser”
on page 91 . This means the laser should be installed in the recommended
environment with power applied and at the very minimum, the door switch
interlock connected.
