Using the [Advanced Settings] tab, it is possible to set color/monochrome printing,
mirror printing, and the printing density.
Color/Monochrome: When [Off (Monochrome)] is selected, printing will be carried out
using only the color of the ribbon that is incorporated in the printer.
When [On (Multi Colors)] is selected, it will be possible to set the
Color Mode (One/Many), and printing will be carried out using colors.
Mirror Printing: When [On] is selected, images will be printed inversed, as though seen in
a mirror. By printing mirror image characters on transparent plates, it will
be possible to protect the printed surface after the plate has been affixed
in its location.

Density: If the printing result is too faint or too dark when printing with the density set to
“3”, the setting should be changed. Selection is possible in a range between 1
and 5, and printing is normally carried out at a density of “3”. When colors have
been selected, density setting is possible for each color.
• The [Density] setting is not normally changed, and should be left set to “3”. Please
change the setting if the printing has become too faint or too dark when printing
on a variety of different media or due to changes in the environment including the
temperature and humidity during printing.
• When printing images that have a large amount of color fill, if printing is carried
out after increasing the density, the ribbon of the ribbon cassette may break, or
printing problems may be caused.
About: This allows confirmation of the printer driver version and the copyright
information. When this is clicked, the [About] dialog box will be displayed.

• In the situation where [Continuous] has been selected in [Feeding]
in the [Main] tab, [Off (Monochrome)] will be set.
• When [One] is set in [Color Mode], the ribbon should be replaced
after printing each copy. When [Many] is set, the ribbon should be
replaced after printing all of the copies for each color.
