Service Manual – Floortec R 870

Front Wheel Rubber Ring Disassembly/Assembly

Disassembly

If possible, place the machine on a hoisting system.

2 Turn the ignition key to “0” Ensure that the machine cannot move by placing opposite wedges (A) on the

rear wheels

With a proper hoisting system applied to the machine chassis, to the front wheel area (B), lift the

machine a few centimetres, in order to reach the rubber ring and remove it.

Steer the front wheel to the right, about 90°.

5 Unscrew nut and locknut (C) then remove the brake cable (D) from the brackets (E) Retrieve the spring
