Remove any debris (tape, hair etc.) from the rear wheels.
Debris attached to the wheel can impact the encoder plate
(slotted plate on machine side of wheel) or impact sensor
performance.
Machine will not record
a plan
Location tag position has not been set
Move machine to a Location Tag and Add Location Tag

Drive machine to the start area of a plan (audible cue of
two beeps upon entering start area). Display will indicate
“Start point found” or “Resume area”.
Plan wasn’t recorded using the Location tag which
is currently active
If using multiple Location tags, ensure the plan you want to
playback is associated to the last scanned Location tag.
Key not removed from the machine
Remove key from machine
Squeegee is rotated too far and triggering sensor
Rotate squeegee to be directly behind scrub deck then
attempt playback
Plan playback not as
expected
The Location Tag has been moved
Move the Location Tag back to its original position or
delete and re-record plans associated to the Location Tag.
Fill-In plan did not properly record
Re-record Fill-In plan making sure to drive the additional
25’ along the perimeter after passing through the start
point.
Not enough environmental information to record a
Fill-In plan.
Re-record Fill-In plan this time recording two loops around
the perimeter of the area to be cleaned.
Fill-In plan area too large (>115’ x 115’ / 35 x 35
m)
Re-record area, break up large areas into two or more
separate plans.
Operator understanding of Fill-In playback
The path the machine uses for Fill-In may not be what the
operator expects. This isn’t a problem as machine will
determine best path to clean the entire plan area.
