Using the Menu

The Movie Menu

Movie Options

Select the size and frame rate to use when recording movies. Select normal speed 
movie options to record at normal speed, or HS movie options to record in slow 
motion. The size and frame rate that can be selected varies depending on the 

NTSC/

PAL
