Voice Memo: Recording and Playback

Use the camera’s built-in microphone to record voice memos for pictures.

Recording Voice Memos

Select a picture in the full-frame
playback mode (

78), and tap the

bottom tab.

Tap

The screen for recording voice memos is
displayed.

Tap

to record a voice memo.

Recording ends after 20 seconds.

Do not touch the built-in microphone during
recording.

To exit without recording voice memos, tap

During recording,

blinks in the monitor.

When

is tapped during recording,

recording ends.

When recording ends, the voice memo
playback screen is displayed. Follow the
instructions in step 3 of “Playing Voice
Memos” (

108) to play the voice memo.
