7.4 Mechanical Parts

7.4.1 Stylus ASSY (40601-7910)

Replacement part: 40601-7910

1 . Gently move the lower slider ASSY

(40601-6200) to the front to open the
upper slider ASSY (40601-6100) and
lower slider ASSY (40601-6200).

2 . Unscrew CK2 × 3 to remove the stylus

ASSY (40601-7910).

3 . Replace the stylus ASSY (40601-7910).

4 . Reassemble the parts in the reverse order.
5 .

Perform the procedure as in “8.2.4 Stylus calibration” (p60).

Attaching the pattern setting
unit (40601-7000) makes it
easier to conduct the task.
