8.2.9 Chart test jig (30670-2300)

1 . Attach the chinrest attachment jig (32107-1100)

(see 8.2.5 [p111])

2 . Attach the chart test jig (30670-2300) to

the chinrest attachment jig (32107-1100).

* Fasten the jig with the fastening pin

(32177-M513).

3 . Display the CALIB MODE SELECT screen

(for AR), then select CHART

(see 8.1.2

[p104])

4 . Make the chart test jig (30670-2300) level

by aligning the marking-off line to the tar-
get using the dovetail goniostage (30670-
M075).

5 . Select STAR CALIB with the up

down

button, then press the execute

button.

6 . Turn the turret plate (30670-M071) of the

chart test jig (30670-2300) to select the
model eye convex lens (32527-G001).

7 . Perform alignment of the model eye con-

vex lens (32527-G001) so that the focus-
ing indicator displays the optimum
condition.

8 . Fasten the measuring unit with the locking

lever.

9 . Fasten the unit while the focusing indica-

tor is in the optimum condition.

* Maintain the alignment of the convex

lens during adjustment.
